Ryan McCann

CEO

Ryan McCann oversees revenue globally.

He joined Claris in 2013 as Senior Director, Americas Sales. Prior to that, he held strategic and leadership positions at Roambi, Oracle, Host Analytics, Infor, and Cognos (now part of IBM.)

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree, Business Administration from California Lutheran University.

Giuliano Iacobelli

Vice President, Product

Guiliano Iacobelli directs the Claris product team.

A software engineer turned entrepreneur, he came to Claris in 2019 through an acquisition of his previous company, Stamplay.

Guilinano holds a master’s degree in software engineering from the Università Roma Tre in Rome, Italy.

Ann Devens

Vice President, Marketing

Ann Devens leads the global marketing team at Claris.

Ann joined Claris in 2022. Throughout her career in technology, she has combined marketing and product expertise with analytical and creative strengths to create best-in-class growth strategies.

Ann graduated with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University in California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.

Lucy Chen

Vice President, FileMaker Platform Engineering

Lucy Chen manages FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Server, FileMaker Cloud engineering, quality assurance, and worldwide localization teams. Chen manages R+D teams in China. Chen joined the company in 1995.

Lucy holds Master of Science in information systems management and Master of Education from Seattle Pacific University.

Jehaan Mathew

Vice President, Sales

Jehaan Mathew oversees global sales, partner, and platform evangelism teams at Claris.

He joined Claris in 2015 and has held a variety of go-to-market roles in the organization. Prior to his current role, Jehaan served as senior director, Americas and EMEA Sales.

Jehaan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s degree in Theology from Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia.
