Registration

Event registration is not complete until full payment is received. Discounts are not earned unless full payment is received.

Code of conduct

Claris International Inc. (“Claris”) is committed to diversity and to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. All attendees must have the right to a safe and welcoming environment regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or any other attributes. In addition to treating others respectfully, please do not bring items with disrespectful, malicious, or sexually-explicit writing, images, or audio to the conference.

Cancellation

Registrations and training classes for Claris Engage 2024 cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. If a registered attendee is unable to attend, they will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full registration fee with no refund provided. However, prior to January 5, 2024, the original registrant may request a paid registration transfer to another person within the same company by sending an email to engage2024@claris.com.

Special needs

An attendee with special needs or other reasonable requirements must email engage2024@claris.com no later than January 5, 2024 and before travel arrangements are made. Claris will try to accommodate your request, but special needs and requests cannot be guaranteed.

No one under 18, including infants, will be admitted to any Event activities.

Recording and photography

The use of audio or video recording devices or cameras by attendees is prohibited at all Claris Engage 2024 events, sessions, classes, including the opening keynote, after-party, and Claris Expo.

Photo and name release

Claris may take photographs and recordings of any Event activities. Attendees are asked to provide written Event evaluation comments. By attending the Event and providing comments, the attendee grants Claris permission to use image, likeness, voice, comments, name, city, and company name in future marketing materials without compensation to you.

Identification

You will be required to present your passport or other government-issued identification before being admitted to the Event. Please make sure you bring proper identification with you, as you will not be admitted without it.

Presentations

Presentations at the Event will be in English.

Attendee information

The information you provide to Claris for registration and during the Event will only be used by Claris in accordance with the Claris Privacy Policy and the photo and name release.

Competitive activities

Seminars, classes, and other meetings for attendees at the Event hotel/site are prohibited three days prior through three days after the Event dates.

Miscellaneous

Claris reserves the right to alter announced content, speakers, schedule, attendee materials, and all other elements without notice or obligation. Claris reserves the right to cancel at any time with sole obligation to refund paid registration fees.

During the pre-registration and on-site registration periods, Claris reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason, such as upon review of professional credentials or websites or for no reason.
