Are there any special hotel rates available for the event?

This year, we don’t have any special hotel rates arranged for the event. We’ve put together a list of five nearby hotels at different price points, all within a 10-12 minute drive from the venue. We’ll keep an eye on hotel availability and rates to help you find the best options for you.

Why are there separate hotel options?

Since the Apple Campus doesn’t have on-site accommodations, attendees will need to book their own lodging. We’ve put together a list of five nearby hotels to give you plenty of options. We also encourage you to coordinate with colleagues and friends to share your accommodation plans—it’s a great way to build a sense of community and togetherness.

Will there be shuttle services provided for transportation between the hotels and the Apple Campus?

We’ve enhanced our transportation services this year by significantly increasing the number of shuttle buses and optimizing routes.

To ensure you can easily get to where you need to go, we’ll have shuttle services:

From The Domain to the Renaissance Hotel Austin for the Opening Keynote
From the Renaissance Hotel Austin to the Apple Campus
Between the Apple Campus and The Domain and the Renaissance Austin Hotel

Parking at Renaissance Hotel for the Keynote.

Self-parking will be at no cost to attendees driving to the Keynote located at the Renaissance Austin Hotel on Tuesday, March 25.

Will there be time to learn and collaborate outside of the scheduled sessions?

The event schedule is designed with plenty of time for sessions, exhibits, and networking. We’ve made sure to include lots of opportunities for you to connect with fellow developers and dive into discussions during the sessions. We think you’ll find the format both engaging and beneficial!

Will there be a vendor Expo at the event?

You’ll have a more streamlined Expo experience this year, with the Expo hall being in a single, more cohesive space rather than spread across three floors. Information about sponsorships and the Expo showcase is available by contacting Tyler Fuhrman at tyler_fuhrman@claris.com.

When will information about topics and speakers be available?

We are excited about the upcoming content for this event! The call for speakers closes on September 18. If you are interested in speaking at the event, please submit your proposed sessions prior to the deadline here. Keep an eye out for the full agenda and speakers available in mid-October.

Will there be a place to store my luggage and/or coats at the conference?

Yes, the Austin Campus will have an on-site coat and luggage storage throughout Claris Engage. You can store your coats and luggage at the bellman desk at the Renaissance Austin Hotel as well.

Will we be able to get Wi-Fi while on the Apple campus?

Yes, all guests will have free Wi-Fi access.

Are laptops allowed during the sessions?

You are free to use your laptop during sessions.
