Ryan McCann

Interim CEO

Ryan McCann oversees revenue globally.

He joined Claris in 2013 as Senior Director, Americas Sales. Prior to that, he held strategic and leadership positions at Roambi, Oracle, Host Analytics, Infor, and Cognos (now part of IBM.)

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree, Business Administration from California Lutheran University.

Giuliano Iacobelli

Vice President, Product

Guiliano Iacobelli directs the Claris product team.

A software engineer turned entrepreneur, he came to Claris in 2019 through an acquisition of his previous company, Stamplay.

Guilinano holds a master’s degree in software engineering from the Università Roma Tre in Rome, Italy.

Ann Devens

Vice President, Marketing

Ann Devens leads the global marketing team at Claris.

Ann joined Claris in 2022. Throughout her career in technology, she has combined marketing and product expertise with analytical and creative strengths to create best-in-class growth strategies.

Ann graduated with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University in California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.

Peter Nelson

Vice President, Engineering

Peter Nelson leads Claris’ engineering teams in support of the company’s mission to empower problem solvers around the globe.

He joined Claris in 2020, and has led product and engineering teams for more than 20 years at companies like EVA Automation, Inc., Bowers and Wilkins, and Caavo.

Peter holds Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, CA.

Lucy Chen

Vice President, FileMaker Platform Engineering

Lucy Chen manages FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Server, FileMaker Cloud engineering, quality assurance, and worldwide localization teams. Chen manages R+D teams in China. Chen joined the company in 1995.

Lucy holds Master of Science in information systems management and Master of Education from Seattle Pacific University.

Andrew LeCates

Director, Product Marketing & Evangelism

Andrew LeCates manages product marketing and developer relations teams.

After joining Claris in 1990, he has held numerous positions within the company –from system engineering and development to leadership roles in sales and marketing.

Andrew built his first Claris FileMaker apps while a student at Penn State University and has been a proud member of the developer community since.

Tsering Alleyne

Director, Revenue Marketing

Tsering leads global initiatives that focus on optimizing the marketing and sales funnel to drive revenue growth, encompassing demand generation, integrated digital strategies, and paid media. Using an agile, test-based approach, his team optimizes lead flow and sales conversions throughout the customer journey.

Prior to joining Claris, Tsering was the senior director of performance marketing at Cro Metrics, where he built the paid media agency practice and closed new client deals to grow the business. He also held leadership roles at Global Citizen Year and Sustainable Brands.

Tsering holds a BA in environmental science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Angie Wong

Director, Community and Learning

Angie oversees Claris Community initiatives in addition to leading certification and learning activities.

Working for Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, and startups gives Angie a unique perspective on bringing together people, processes, and technology in cross-functional environments. Her background includes leading Atlassian University, developing talent at Workday, and overseeing SaaS onboarding, user enablement, and adoption services at ServiceSource.

Angie earned a bachelor degree from UCLA and marketing certification from Cornell University.
