Use of FileMaker Starter Solutions

Your use of the FileMaker Starter Solutions ("Starter Solutions") provided as part of FileMaker Pro is subject to the following terms and conditions.

You are allowed to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Starter Solutions solely for your own internal use. You are not allowed to use, copy, modify, or distribute the Starter Solutions for any commercial or other for-profit purposes.

You must reproduce on each copy any copyright or other proprietary notices that were on the original copy supplied by Claris International Inc. This License will terminate immediately without notice from Claris if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon such termination you must cease all use of the Starter Solutions.

THE STARTER SOLUTIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND CLARIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
